This Privacy Policy explains how ArrowBow Software Solutions Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with its registered office at ABM Corporate Services, Ltd, 1st Floor, Columbus Centre, P.O. Box 2283, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands (“ArrowBow”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you use Polynyx (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Account information. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address and avatar. If you sign in with a wallet, we receive your public wallet address and a signature proving you control it. We never receive or store your private keys or seed phrase.
Portfolio and usage information. We store the wallet addresses you choose to track, your saved markets and traders, preferences, and product activity such as pages viewed, features used, login streaks and approximate times of visits.
Payment information. Paid plans are processed by third-party payment providers. For card payments, Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive limited billing metadata (such as a customer and subscription identifier, plan, status and the email used at checkout) but not your full card number. For crypto payments, we record the public transaction and wallet address used to pay.
Technical information. Like most online services, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and we use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Public blockchain data. The Service analyses publicly available on-chain and prediction-market data. This data is public and is not collected from you; where you link a wallet, we may associate its public activity with your account to power your experience.
We use information to: provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service; authenticate you and secure your account; personalise your experience and remember your preferences; process subscriptions and payments; send transactional and service messages (such as sign-in, receipts, a welcome email and product notifications you have enabled); send occasional product or marketing email where permitted, from which you can opt out; measure and analyse usage; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, hosting and infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional and product email); parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale; and authorities or others where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety or property of ArrowBow, our users or the public.
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be shared freely.
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as theme), understand how the Service is used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality such as staying signed in.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account, after which we will delete or de-identify your personal information except where retention is legally required. Public blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.
We use administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own login method, wallet and keys.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to portability, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many choices directly in the Service (for example, removing tracked wallets, managing or cancelling your subscription, or unsubscribing from marketing email via the link in any such email).
To make a request, contact us at privacy@polynyx.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
We operate internationally and may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
